Violet Ann (Wajda) Galie

 Violet Ann Galie formerly of Fairbank, PA passed away peacefully at her son's home in Winston Salem, NC on January 4th, 2022 at the age of 97 after a long illness.

She was born in Allison, PA on March 10, 1924 the daughter of Stanley Wajda Sr. and Mary Powroznik Wajda. She is survived by her son Carl Galie of Winston Salem, NC and four granddaughters, Tara Galie of Johnston, RI, Meegan Nagy and husband Eric of Carmichael, CA and their children Giana and Elias, Claire Corta and husband Walter of Wake Forest, NC and Maribeth Galie of Winston Salem, NC.

She is also survived by Sister Adeline (Dorothy) Kino and brother Thomas Wajda.
