Roger "Pete" Lee Darnell

Roger “Pete” Lee Darnell age 55 of Republic, PA passed away accidently on Sunday, October 21, 2018. He was born on May 17, 1963 in Morgantown, WV a son of Robert and Laura Deavers Darnell.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Thomas, James and Charlie; sister, Betty.

Pete is survived by his fiancée Lucille DeVince Everly; brother, Robert (Butch) Darnell and his companion Margaret DeWitt; sister, Sandy Darnell Miller and her husband Tim; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Pete’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 20 N. Mill Street, New Salem, PA where additional visitation will take place on Friday until 10 a.m. the hour of his funeral service with Pastor Michael Lyons, officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown, PA with Military Rites and Honors accorded by the George C. Marshall AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood.
