Paul Andrew Stermock, Sr.

Paul Andrew Stermock, Sr age 86 of New Salem passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 in UPMC Mercy Hospital. He was born on December 13, 1931 in Filbert heights a son of Frank and Maria Dirda Stermock.

In addition to his parents Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy M. Smith Stermock; son, Paul A. Stermock, Jr; sisters: Anna Marie Talpas, Loretta Urani and Eleanor Morrison.

Paul was a lifelong member of the Church of Madonna in Cardale. He retired as a welder for Steel Scaffolding.

He is survived by his granddaughter, Karlee Elizabeth Stermock; sister, Eileen Stermock Molek and her husband Steve; daughter-in-law, Libby Stermock Kenney, all of New Salem; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Paul’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 20 N. Mill Street, New Salem and Thursday until 10 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St Francis of Assisi R. C. Church (Footedale Worship Site) with Father Thumma Fathimareddy, officiating.

Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
