Mary Frances (Kaufman) Savage

Mary Frances Kaufman Savage, age 77 of Republic passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025 in Peroni’s Personal Care Home, Uniontown, Pa. She was born in Keisterville, Pa on May 27, 1948, a daughter of Michael and Anna Kaufman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Helen, Violet, Patricia; brother, Michael. 

Mary was Catholic by faith and attended St. Francis of Assisi R. C. Church, Footedale, Pa.

She is survived by her son, Michael J. Savage, Jr. and his wife, Davina; grandchildren: Sadie Savage, Ava Savage, who she loved to the moon and back; brother, John Kaufman and his wife, Dolores; sisters: Eleanor Wiedman, Jeanette Duda; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Diabetes Foundation.

Mary’s family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Kish Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa. Additional visitation will take place until 10 a.m. Saturday, the hour of a Blessing Service. Interment will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Republic, Pa.
