Helen Juran Chrobak , age 89 of E. Millsboro passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. She was born on May 25, 1929 in E. Millsboro, a daughter of Joseph and Anna Juran.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers: Joseph Juran and John Juran , who was killed in action during WW II; sisters: Frances Ceras and Mary Brunsak;
Helen is survived by her husband of 63 years, Frank Chrobak; brother, Paul (Irene) Juran of E. Millsboro; sister, Ann Valli of Uniontown; numerous nieces and nephews; many grand nieces and grand nephews.
Helen lived a simple country life where she enjoyed gardening, walking her dog in the woods, raising chickens and feeding birds. She was a member of St James R. C. Church in La Belle. She worked at Maxwell Company Store before she was married. .
The family would like to extend a special thank you to her nephew, John Juran, her care taker for many years.
Helen’s family will receive friend from 1 to 4 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019 in the Kish-Fabry Funeral home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA. A Blessing Service will be held at 4 p.m. in the funeral home with Father, Thumma Fathimareddy as Celebrant. Interment is private.
