Hazel E. (Valentine) Lowther

Hazel E. (Valentine) Lowther, age 68 of Tower Hill 2, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at her home. She was born on February 20, 1950 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late William Francis Valentine and Inez Josephine Watson Valentine Wingard. She was raised by her step father, Garrett Robert Wingard.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Carl Lowther; granddaughter, Kathleen; siblings: Roscoe, Bobbie Kay, Garrett and Brenda.

She is survived by her children: Thomas Carl (Barbara) Lowther, of McClellandtown, Donald Lowther of Tower Hill 2, Shawn Lee Lowther of Elizabeth; three granddaughters; one great grandson; siblings: William, Ruby, Christine, Frances, and John; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 in Salem View Cemetery, New Salem, PA at 1 p.m.

Hazel’s professional funeral services have been entrusted to the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., Republic, PA.
