Daniel Porterfield

Daniel Joseph Porterfield age 51 of Allison passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 2:16 am. He was born in Willoughby, Ohio on February 9, 1957, a son of Daniel J. and Linda Monovich Porterfield.

Daniel was diagnosed with stage four Pancreatic/Liver Cancer in early February of this year.

Danny Joe was an accomplished artist, painter, and teacher who graduated from California University of Pennsylvania.  

In addition to his parents Danny is survived by his younger brother David, as well as, his large supportive family of aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.

A private memorial service will be held early spring 2019.

Danny’s professional funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA.
