Catherine Skrobot

Catherine L. Skrobot, age 94 formerly of Republic passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Laurel Ridge Health Center, Uniontown, Pa. She was born on October 12, 1930 in Republic, a daughter of Blaise Skrobot and Mary Horwat Skrobot Bubash.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father, Michael Bubash.

She loved to listen to and sing polkas and go camping.

Catherine is survived by numerous cousins and great cousins.

Catherine’s family will receive friends from 2-7 p.m. at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA on Sunday, October 27, 2024 where a Blessing Service will be held at 7 p.m. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, California, Pa at a later date.
