Carl Gregg (Jr.) Sargent

Carl Gregg Sargent, Jr. age 89 formerly of Republic passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. He was born on November 9, 1935 in Republic, a son of Carl Gregg Sargent, Sr. and Grace Fowler Sargent.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Sargent.
Carl is survived by his children: Gregg Sargent of Greensburg, Terry King and her husband Larry of Uniontown, Kelly Sargent of Uniontown; grandchildren: R.J. Sargent of Uniontown, Elizabeth Howard and her husband, Phillip of Uniontown; ex-wife and best friend, Patricia Anne Staso Corella; sister in law, Patricia Sargent; niece and nephews.
Carl proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps.
Carl’s family will receive friends from 4-7 pm on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa where his funeral service will be held at 10 am on Tuesday with Pastor Michael Lyons, officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa with full military rights and honors being accorded by the General George C. Marshall AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood.
