Barbara Ann Capuzzi

Barbara Ann Capuzzi, age 54 of Uniontown, formerly of Republic passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 in Uniontown Hospital. She was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony S. Capuzzi, Sr. and Dorothy I. Hockenberry Capuzzi.

Barbara is the beloved sister of her four brothers: Anthony S. Capuzzi, Jr and his wife Tanya of Thompson 2, Michael Capuzzi of Republic, Richard J. Capuzzi of Republic, Leonard Capuzzi and his wife Lisa of Fox Chapel; she is also survived by nieces and nephews: Angela Capuzzi of Thompson 2, Anthony S. Capuzzi, III and his wife Amanda of Masontown, Cole Capuzzi, Carlie Capuzzi and Chad Capuzzi all of Fox Chapel.

Barbara was a thirty year employee of Goodwill in Uniontown.

Barbara’s family would like to thank Nicki Smith and staff at the Verland of Uniontown for the outstanding and wonderful care given to Barbara and Fayette County Behavior Health Administration for their support.

Barbara’s family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 in the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA where a Blessing Service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday morning with Father Thumma Fathimareddy as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
