Mary Frances (Mehalik) Dudash, age 95 of Fredricksburg, Va, formerly of Tower Hill 2, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Greenfield’s of Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg, VA. She was born on May 25, 1923 at Keister, PA, a daughter of Martin and Mary Katherine Kukol Mehalik.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob David Dudash; son, Thomas Richard Dudash; sisters: Anna Mehalik Wasylyshyn and Elizabeth Mehalik Raven; brothers: Steve Mehalik, John Mehalik and Martin Mehalik.

Mary is survived by her son, Edward Dudash and his wife, Marsha Kapel Dudash; daughter-in-law, Maureen Klamers Dudash of California, PA; grandchildren: Bryan Dudash and his wife Atsuko Mori Dudash of Tokyo, Japan, Jacob Dudash of California, PA, Jason Dudash and his wife Kristi Fraser Dudash of Alexandria VA, Jeremy Dudash and his wife Stacey Reggardo Dudash of Morwell, Austalia, Aimee Dudash Ketner of Fredericksburg, VA, Michelle Dudash Miner of Fredericksburg, VA; great grandchildren: Sebastian Miner, Anna Mori Dudash, Hailey Ketner, Noah Mori Dudash and Henry Ketner; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA 15475 and Wednesday until 9:30 AM when Prayers of Transfer will be said, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in the St. Francis of Assisi R. C. Church (Footedale Site) with Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Republic, PA.
