Aliza Lee Monestersky, of Thompson #2, departed this Earth on July 11, 2019. She was 36 years old.
Aliza was born on December 20, 1982, in Uniontown, to Michael and Christine (Patricelli) Monestersky.
Left to treasure the memories of her great big heart and infectious laughter are her mother and Vince Monestersky, her beloved children, Keegan and Kloe Everly, her siblings, Michelle (Monestersky) Stout and husband Jason, Dena Monestersky and TJ Phelan, Mandy Brangard-Monestersky and Ricky, Vita (Monestersky) Radcliff and husband Adam, David Cooper, Emily Monestersky, her aunt Margie (Patricelli) Palaisa. As a proud and doting aunt, Aliza had a unique bond with several extra-special nieces and nephews and cherished the best of times with her cousins.
She is predeceased by her father, grandparents Michael and Inez (Lasagna) Monestersky, and Sam and Delores “Dee” (DeMoss) Patricelli, Keegan and Kloe’s loving father, Don Everly, uncle Sam Patricelli, and cousin DJ Palaisa.
Aliza had a radiant personality that attracted everyone to her; it was too big to miss, and you couldn’t help but be charmed by her silly humor and uncanny ability to put you at ease in her company. She was so much fun. “Spicy Liza” was bold, courageous, and had an unconditional love for everyone in her life. It’s with these things in mind that her children request that anyone attending the following services please wear brightly colored clothes to celebrate their mother.
Aliza’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA where Prayers of Transfer will be held at 9:30 A.M. o n Tuesday followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. in St Francis of Assisi R. C. Church (Footedale worship site) with Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Republic, PA.
